Extremely long **videoconferences** 2. **Short**, concise meetings that get straight to the point   Time is precious for everyone, and it is even more so in a remote working regime, when each of us manages our work routine in a different way.   In addition, the average attention threshold has now decreased, and this is even more true when you are in front of a screen.   Hence, organizing video meetings may not be the best choice. The risk is that participants will soon lose focus and the meeting will become a waste of time.   For this reason my advice is the following: favor short communications.   A precise, targeted communication that goes straight to the point ensures that others really listen to you and perfectly understand the message you want to convey.   ## **Third step: encourage your employees to ask for clarification**   Sometimes we think we are expressing a concept in a simple and linear way and instead it is not so.
